REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Fit Car Covers, every cover is prepared with care to match the vehicle information selected by the customer. We want you to feel confident when ordering from us.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and must not show signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product. Please keep the original packaging where possible.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page and provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send a product back without contacting us first. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions.

Custom and Personalised Products

Products that have been personalised specifically for you cannot normally be returned for a change of mind.

This includes products made with:

• A custom uploaded logo
• Custom text or personalised artwork
• Customer-requested dimensions
• Special modifications requested by the customer

This restriction does not apply if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced, or materially different from what was ordered.

Vehicle-Specific Covers

Selecting your vehicle model, generation, body style, year, standard colour, or standard vehicle logo does not prevent you from requesting a return under our 30-day return policy, provided the product otherwise meets the return conditions above.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the vehicle information or specification you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Where the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement or refund, and we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.

Exchanges

Eligible products may also be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us before returning the item so that we can confirm availability and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If the return is due to an error by Fit Car Covers, a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item being supplied, Fit Car Covers will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days after inspection.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original expedited or premium shipping charges, where applicable, are not refundable beyond any amount required by applicable consumer law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Standard orders may be cancelled before shipment where possible.

Orders containing a Custom Logo, custom artwork, custom dimensions or other personalised modifications may not be cancellable once personalised production has begun.

Changing Vehicle Information

Please carefully check your vehicle model, generation, body style and year before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately. If production has not yet progressed too far, we will do our best to update the vehicle information.
