Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

• Domestic (Turkey): 3–5 business days
• International (USA, UK, Europe): 7–14 business days
• Other International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be available — check our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
